What to include
Please submit a 1–2 page executive summary, and record a 5-minute mini-pitch, both of which should attempt to cover the following points (focus on the bolded items):
- Problem being addressed, including customer description and market size
- Solution being proposed, including a description of any intellectual property
- Competition: What are competing products and companies and why are you better?
- Team: Who is on the team and why are they qualified to pull this off?
- Traction: Describe any traction in terms of sales or other commitments, like letters of intent
- Past funding — both nondilutive and (especially) actual investment
- Investment/ask and use of funds. How much is being asked for and will it get you to a value inflection point?
